We do not use utilise cookies on our website. All data collected is through submissions via online contact forms or subscriptions to newsletters. Newsletters utilise analytic tools to provide feedback on how the email is viewed. This information is used to improve content.

Email subscriptions - Subscribers name, email address and company name are stored by our third-party data processor Campaign Monitor. Campaign Monitor’s data centre provider is certified to the following compliance standards: HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and FISMA/NIST. Their cloud provider has the following certifications: PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 1 / 2 / 3, IRAP, ISO 27018 and ISO 9001.

Submitted enquires - from our contact forms are not stored on this website. Rather they are instantly forwarded to a member of the Relay team in order for them to deal with your enquiry.

Do we disclose any data to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally identifiable information.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating and conducting our business.  Such trusted parties may have access to personally identifiable information on a need-to-know basis and will be contractually obliged to keep your information confidential. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. However they all fall under the jurisdiction of EU law and so adhere to GDPR regulations.
